Return & Refund Policy

At Fetch & Cove, we understand that sometimes an item isn’t quite right, and you may wish to return or exchange it. We want you to shop with peace of mind, so we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns submitted after 30 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In a fully resaleable condition
  • In their original, unmarked and undamaged packaging (or a suitable alternative)
  • Accompanied by your order receipt as proof of purchase

Furniture must not have been used or assembled, and all parts must be returned in their packaging along with any instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse any unpackaged or damaged return and to deduct a fee if items are not in fully resaleable condition upon inspection.


Returns Process & Charges

To start a return, please email returns@fetchandcove.com with:

  • Order number
  • Your full name
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you’d like a refund, exchange, or store credit

Once your return request has been approved, we’ll email you a pre-paid Evri drop-off label and instructions. You can take your parcel to any Evri ParcelShop or locker near you — no need to wait in for a collection.

As a small independent brand, we can’t yet offer free returns, but we keep our rates as fair as possible. A £4 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover postage and processing costs.

(Store credit and exchanges are free of charge.)

Your original delivery fee will also be non-refundable unless you return your full order.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at returns@fetchandcove.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 2 working days of delivery by emailing returns@fetchandcove.com with:

  • Order number
  • Your full name
  • Product name
  • A clear photo of the issue

We aim to review and respond within 3 working days. If your claim is accepted, we’ll arrange a collection and offer one of the following depending on the situation:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • A partial refund or discount

Please include the Return Confirmation Note provided with your item when sending it back.

We reserve the right to adjust our decision based on the inspection of goods once returned, and to charge the full price (including delivery) if the original item is not returned within the set period.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have, and once accepted, place a new order for the preferred product. If you’d prefer, we can also issue store credit for immediate reuse.


Return Address

Please do not send returns to our registered business address. Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and Evri drop-off instructions by email.
