Delivery Charges

We currently ship to locations within the British mainland and offshore locations such as the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands. 

The above locations are charged as follows:

Small Item Delivery £3.95

Medium Item Delivery & 2-Person Delivery (Large Items) £6.95

All Small and Medium sized items can go to these locations however the following postcodes will attract a surcharge; BT (all postcodes), HS (all postcodes), IM (all postcodes), IV (all postcodes), KA27, KA28, KW (all postcodes), PA20-78, PH17-50, ZE (all postcodes). These surcharges will vary based on the location and price charged to us by carriers. If an order is placed to these postcodes, your order will be put on hold until you are contacted for further assistance.

Free Delivery on orders over £35

This will be reflected at final checkout (After discounts have also been applied)

Shipping Times

All Small and Medium items are expected between 2-5 days through a delivery service with carriers such as Royal Mail and Evri. We aim to have your item fulfilled within 2 days and then delivered to you within 5 days following.

All large items are collected by a specialist handling company and are taken back to their depot. From there they will contact you directly to arrange delivery. It is estimated this process will take 2 weeks. Items that are eligible for this is stated on the product description.

We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, if you wish to buy something for shipment to the Channel Islands then please contact us at info@fetchandcove.com

Delivery Information

Delivery updates via text or email will be provided and will include notification of the delivery window and appropriate delivery options.

If goods have shipped by DPD, Royal Mail or Evri the tracking number will appear in your despatch notice sent to your email.

There will be no tracking number provided by the specialist handling companies for large goods however they will contact you directly and operate a booking in policy.

Multiple Item Orders

Whilst we try our upmost to ensure your products ship together, some of our products are fulfilled from different to locations, in addition we may need to ship items separately to ensure complete visibility with our couriers and dispatched status of all items and therefore your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
